Daithi's Crochet

I love to crochet. I learned as a little girl, but didn’t get heavily into it til about 10 years ago. For me, it’s relaxing and I love the look on my grandkids’ faces when Grandma visits with yarn stuffies. I only use cotton, acrylic or polyester blends, I can’t handle wool. I love trying new patterns and do mainly stuffies now, but I started off with blankets and market bags.

K&D Custom Jewellery

Hailey's Yarn Creations

I don’t have a long history with crochet just yet but as soon as I tried it I completely fell in love, always wanting some yarn and a hook in my hand. I have made the occasional home decor item but my main focus is making adorable plushies that will last for years to come! If you see an item you love but not a colour you like get in touch as I often have more available.

Rockwyn Creations

As a dedicated crafter, I specialize in laser engraving and creating soy candles. My aim is to bring joy to my customers with the items I love to make. I’m happy to personalize items, and custom orders are always welcome!

Valentin Georgiev, VGLW Designs

I like working with wood and making wooden ornaments. Last year I bought a laser machine and started my small business making laser engraved wooden coasters, charcuterie boards, grandma’s recipe on a board, Christmas ornaments, personalized wooden thank you cards, custom picture stands, metal business cards, etc. Let me know your idea and I will engrave it on a wooden board or a coaster.

Cathy Gilroy

Cathy Gilroy resides in Oxford County where she was born and raised. She has always had a creative side and graduated with a certificate in Desktop Publishing from Mohawk College. Since retiring from the insurance industry Cathy is pursuing her passion for creativity and recently began crafting. She started by making custom wreaths and table décor for family and friends, and is currently experimenting with the Cricut cutting machine. Cathy is a strong supporter of local small business and is excited for the opportunity to share her creativity at the Crafty Corner Tea Room.

Bob Gilroy

Bob Gilroy is a retired organic dairy farmer. After a recent illness a family member encouraged him to try pyrography (wood burning) and he soon discovered he had a real passion and talent for the art. In May 2024 Bob entered two pieces in the Novice Class of the Canadian Nationals Wood Art Carving Competition in Waterloo and won both first and second place. Bob is a strong supporter of local small business and welcomes the opportunity to share his art at the Crafty Corner Tea Room.

Pens by Glen

My name is Glen Hartley. When I retired I was looking for a hobby. My wife talked me into getting a table saw as I always enjoyed working with wood. I started making birdhouses. One thing led to another and with the addition of many woodworking tools later, I now make birdhouses, feeders, serving trays, Canadian flags etc mostly out of recycled woods. My most recent project is hand turned wooden pens from various local as well as exotic woods from around the world.

On a Whim - Expertly Knit & Crochet Fashion Creations

have been crafting ever since my grandmama put a ball of yarn & crochet hook in my hands. I love crocheting amigurumi animals as each one comes complete with it’s own expression. They come in small to medium pet size & fun little key chain attachments. Cross stitch is another passion which I use to make framed scenes or funny quotes along with bookmarks & key chain attachments. I welcome special requests from cross stitched baby blankets, large stuffed pets to warm winter sweaters.
